Loathed Love- Krista & Becca Ritchie

ARC review

I always envision Audrey as the one to close the cobalts empire series therefore when she was announced as the fourth book I was honestly surprised but excited.

I had a lot of thoughts while reading Loathed Love but I will say that I did like the story it was not what I was expecting but spite of that it was an enjoyable story. Audrey was as such great character, I was excited to be in her head and for her to finally has that romance she longed for and Birdie was also amazing loved  him in SS and love him even more here. The relationship was amazing to read and the family dynamics were great as always. But I do still think Audrey should have been the last In my honest opinion she would have been perfect to close the series and then jump to the spin off the authors had planned, it would have also helped to build her character arc more, which I thought was rushed compared to other characters. I did enjoy parts of the story and the characters were amazing but unfortunately some plot points were lacking or not fully developed and that made the story feel incomplete while not my favorite I’m glad the authors are planning a second book for her hopefully by then her character is more flesh out.

Teammates to Lovers - Jenny Linsky

ARC Review

The premise of the book caught my attention I never really read fanfic of IRL people  so I was excited to read about a book that deals with that kind of theme.

This one was such a fun read, it was everything I expected a fluffy, lighthearted , fun kind of read with some good slow burn romance. I love both characters Will yearning was top tier and Theo was also amazing. My only complaints are that I needed more IRL moments and less fanfic writing but overall it was an enjoyable read and it seems it might become a series so can’t wait to dive in for more

Guard Your Heart- Anna Rowan and Carla Brooks

ARC review

One of my weaknesses is beautiful cover and this one is just too good! Thankfully the story was just as good.

Guard your heart is the story of two tennis rivals that are suddenly force to paired together as a doubles team but what happens when beneath that conceal hostility something that neither saw coming happens them falling in love

I say it before I’m a sucker for a good cover but love when the story also hits . Guard your heart was a nice surprise the book was completely different to what i thought, it was more emotional and a bit angsty both characters were amazing but flawed.  Both Theo and Will made love them and hate them at the same time, but the growth both had throughout the story was the highlight for me.

While I did love the book and characters some parts of the story were rushed especially the ending it felt incomplete i needed some extra chapter or at least an epilogue. Also this a fade to black story but in my opinion i wouldn’t mind some spice

Overall it was a good enjoyable read

Unroyally Yours-Emma Lord

 ARC Review

Not gonna lie I was a bit skeptical about reading Unroyally Yours when I saw the cover i was like ugh love triangle not for me but it’s Emma Lord and I know when I need a good YA romance I can count on her.

The story follows Rosie who is part of an elite security training program when she is sent to Marilova she finds out her mission is to protect Nick the lost heir but the problem is she already knows him add to her problems that Nick doesn’t want her protection.

This was such good read as said before Emma Lord has a way to keep me addicted to her stories and characters and this was not the exception. Unroyally Yours was the perfect palate cleanser I need it, the  characters, the story kept  intrigued throughout the whole story and by end I just needed the second book already. I cannot wait for what else happens definitely recommend.
