This is the Story Roman Mitchell one of fives members of a secret society named Enclave which is aimed to do great things for the world but some info has Roman questioning everything he thought Enclave was. now his mission is not only to take his place in the society but also learn the truth of what his ancestors really are. But In comes Hale Colloway an enigma of man, how does he fit in Roman’s world and what are his secrets and will he get him out of his head? 

As stated before this Roman’s  story If you have read River of rain duet then you most likely met Roman and might have so feelings towards him, but surprisingly you will love him here, as you will understand his actions, and feel for him. As an Enclave member since the moment he was born his future was set with no other choice but to follow his duty but when he discovers that there is more to Enclave than what he thought, he makes his mission to find the truth but is he willing to sacrifice himself for love and is it worth it? 

Hale on the other hand is a pure enigma I remember my talks with C.E asking for little snippets about him, in what ways does he fit with Roman and how will he be. And one thing for sure is either you will love him or hate him his walls are so high that at times his actions  seemed inexcusable and he acted too much as A-hole but is sure was incredible when he finally let go and let himself feel. 

Overall I love the book yes there were times that I thought WTF is that!! why would they do that!! But I pull through and made it to the end even will of those twists.  The end is for sure  bittersweet another thing you will either love or hate but I can’t wait to find out how C.E. Ricci manages to shape and surprise us with this  new set of characters, so prepared yourself because the wait will be long as is an interconnected series and there are 4 more books to go and this is isn’t the most darker yet 😉. If you love Enemies to lovers stories with a twist this is definitely the book for you so definitely check it out.

Infernal Sin (Primal Sin #3) -Ariana Nash

I remember in 2020 I stumbled on the first installment of Primal Sin series since I was checking out Ariana Nash works. some reviews stated that if you hate cliffhangers it was best to wait, but the blurb just pull me in and to make the story short yes I admit cliffhangers suck but I regret nothing because it became one of my top favorites series along with my favorite couple.  Fast forward we now are saying goodbye to an amazing series and let me tell you Ariana did such good job with Mikhail and Severn till the very end. I can’t dive in too much into the plot without really giving the story away but trust me is so good.  The series started with a vengeance an it ended with love and how worth fighting for and having the freedom to feel and embrace those feelings. Mikhail grow and learn so much as well as Severn he had a plan in the begging but destiny had something else plan for him. If you have follow the series you will get all your questions answered, you will get mad, you will feel happy and satisfied till the very end. And if you waited for all the books to be out, Go get them now! Primal Sin series is one of the most epic love/enemies to lovers stories. Is light, sweet and oh so sexy story that you can read in one night or in the afternoon honestly any time of the day but nevertheless it will make swoon and feel happy. the story Is angst free and the characters are so lovable and fun you can’t help but love them.  Another plus is  if you are a fan of Nate &Eric, Mark and Chet then you would love the cameos in the story . Curse of Dark Prince ( The Prince’s Assassin #3)- Ariana Nash

 

After all the heartache we all have went through we have finally reached the epic conclusion of Niko and Vasili. 

But just because we have reached the end it doesn’t mean the author doesn’t put us and the characters through the wringer. If one thing I can say for sure is that this trilogy will make you feel like your on a rollercoastar of emotions. 

There is so much revelations that I can’t really find the words to describe the plot without giving away spoilers. But one thing I can say Is that one of my most favorite things was Vasili POV is was amazing, since the moment I read about him I wanted to more about him so I was way too excited to read about him. And Niko what can I say his love for Vasili  was everything. I was so emotionally invested in them 

Ariana Nash is one of those authors that knows how to deliver a well written and heartfelt story that will take you on epic wild ride. The characters will make you hate them , love them and cry for them and with them.  The Prince’s Assassin trilogy is that and more and the conclusion is one that I’m happy with it sure was a wild ride but well worth it. 

If you love Silk & Steel series or just love epic stories then this should be your next read.  

Goal Lines & First Times (CU #3)- Eden Finely & Saxon James

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once I a while you find series that  just keeps getting better maybe the first you like but the second one you  loved and think that you cannot possibly love another one or even get better than that, but Eden and Saxon prove that theory wrong and deliver an amazing, sweet and sexy story that you need Now!! 

Goal Lines & Fist Times is the third installment of the CU series and Cohen and Seth story.(If you read the the past two books then you are probably familiar with this characters). I will just say it, it was truly amazing I love it, is no lie that that Face offs & cheap shots (CU#2) was my favorite by far in the series but now Beck and Jacobs have to learn to share first place because Seth and Cohen are tied with them. 

After Seth is dump yet again and this time because of “needed”  tendencies and how everyone thinks he is not as straight as he things he decides he needs figure himself out and joins a gay chat app . After a confession in the locker room makes Cohen question  heterosexual status he decides to join an gay chat app. And this is where @Confused96 & @Scientistguy meet without knowing their true identities and where the fun begins❤️

This book has it all feel of the slow burn but not really, a bit of angst with more than enough sweetness, the sexy moments and the funny moments. A very well written story with amazing main characters Seth and Cohen are for sure your next best couple. In my personal opinion I think he turn out better than his brother. Both authors took time crafting the story that at times feels like a slow burn but then boom the moment the reveal happens is just amazing. 

Overall I loved the story. Cannot wait for more especially after two new characters were introduced and one of them will definitely get a book crossing my fingers for the other. If you love the past two books you will definitely love this one

Reign of Darkness ( The Prince’s Assassin #2) - Ariana Nash

⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ 

If you were on the edge after finishing King of Dark fear no  more because now have the sequel and sadly you will still be on edge at the end :) 

I have to admit while I did enjoy the first installment, Reign of Dark is my favorite so far. I like how the story is shaping to be, the twist and turns the author creates and how our main characters figured them out  as well as the readers. I especially enjoy the character development and learning more about them. An the Chemistry we felt in the prequel but was explored more in this installment 🤗. Vasili the anti hero i can’t help to love and Niko who I also love but want to slap. Haha

Overall if you enjoy the first installment you will sure love this one. You get the twist, the chemistry, Vasili 😉 . As I warned before it does end in a little cliffhanger but fear not I’m sure Ariana will not disappoint us. 

Face offs & Cheap Shots - Eden Finley & Saxon James

 

Have you ever read a book blurb and say to yourself, “This book will for sure one great read”  And it was. 

Face offs & Cheap shots is the second book in the CU Series it tells the story of two rival hockey players TJ Beckett and Christopher Jacobs and what happens when a game of gay chicken gets a little too intense for this enemies.  

This book is just amazing. Is a funny, sexy, light

read with a touch of some key moments that will make you just love it. There is no more that I can say that will do justice to this story. There is something about enemies to lovers that just screams at me to read it and I couldn’t have been more happy after I finish it I wanted more of them, more of the side characters because let me tell you the MC’s weren’t the only great thing. And I guessing certain characters  story  will be just as great.  If you love enemies to lovers then this story is just for you. Check out the rest of the series too.
