Dirty(Dive Bar #1) -Kyle Scott (Review)

 

 

Dirty is the first book in a new series by Kylie Scott(Stage Dive Series) is just as good as her last series. you would enjoy it as much and if you are a fan of the series you may remember meeting Vaughan in Deep.

 

I really enjoy the premise of this new series by Kylie. it was truly an enjoyable read, the characters, the setting, the story and overall it make the book an amazing read. as I said before you may have met Vaughan in kylie's previous series but this can be enjoy as a standalone.

 

I will not spoil the story. but I Will tell you that this the story of Vaughan and Lydia a woman that was found out that her fiancé was cheating on her on her weeding day and of that wasn't the worse it could happen the "other" was the best men, after that she escapes to forget and breaks in into the first house she sees but to her surprise she then meets the owner Vaughan a musician that just return home. hook yet?

 

I truly enjoy the characters both Vaughan and Lydia were great characters but I can say I enjoy Vaughan character more, especially the secondary characters. there is some twist going on in that bar and I can wait to find out about it. if you enjoy  kylie's work, you will definitely enjoy Dirty.

This just an awesome novella that you have to read. if you love The Legal Briefs series is a series that I love love so much. so when Emma announced she had a surprise for the fans I was beyond excited.

 

This novella did not disappoint it was just plain awesome, it follows Jake and Chelsea into a new stage in their lives and we get a peak into Stanton, Sofia and Brent lives. this is a quick read with steamy,funny, and all around awesome moments that you don't want to miss if you are a fan of the series and if you haven't read the series what are you waiting for? this is a series that I highly recommend.

 

Bad Love- Stylo Fantôme (review)

This is one of  the best reads in 2016! it was such a fantastic read that had me glued from finish to end.
Disclaimer: This story is not for everyone and many will love it or hate it, and it contains themes that even for me were hard to swallow. But one thing is sure you will talk about Dulcie and Conn one way or the other.
will not spoil the story for you and will share my thoughts without too much detail.

Dulcie and Conn are two very different people, one being popular and the other not so much. But this two unlike human being are more similar than they think and when they find out what each are made of, the things both are capable to do it turns in a sweetest Bad Love there is.

First let me tell you that I went in blind when I first begin reading, and from then on the story just flow from page to page. This story is just magnificent;  a very great and well written story. but not everything was perfect, there were times that the Hero really make me angry as much as I did love him, I will admit that in certain scenarios I wanted to punch him, same as the Heroine her strength drew me in but it also at times I was angry at her for not making the Hero in a way work for it but overlook those certain things. The ending was not what I was expecting, would've have wish to be something more or different. but in a way suit the story just fine, therefore it left a content feeling.

I cannot gushed enough about this story, it truly was an amazing read. and was very satisficed with it. with that being said go and get this awesome book!!!!

Hardball-C.D. Reiss (review)

Another home run for me and C.d. Reiss. an amazing sexy read for sure.

This is the story of Dash Wallace (a.k.a. Diamond King) a professional baseball player and Vivian Foster a school librarian. one is a bit of an enigma to the public and the other is jut your typical girl but with a strength and heart of gold. throw them together and you got an scorching story to remember.

I really like the characters in this story, C.d. Reiss has a way of creating such great characters that just drew you in and this is not an exception. Vivian is a great heroine, she is just a regular woman but her forte might not be signing, acting or modeling.but her strength, her intelligence and caring nature  make her a great character to read about. and what can I say about Mr. Dash Wallace, one word HOT! and also  funny and mysteries and he likes to read!

If you love sports romance with scorching scenes this story is just for you. The connection the characters have is amazing, their scenes will have you swooning and wishing you had a Dash for yourself (I did).

If you love C.d. Reiss past work you will love this one or if you just love sports romance this will be a great read.
